For all residential clients, we provide fixed fee architecture and interior design services, tailored to the requirements of your home. We understand engaging an architect may seem costly, but we will work with you to determine the best value for money for your project.
Whilst we prefer to provide a full architecture and interior design service from concept design through to construction advice, we understand each client has different requirements. You may decide to engage us for selected stages only, depending on the level of involvement and control you would like to retain.

affordable and social housing
We are recognized and highly respected for our work in affordable and social housing. Our expertise in these sectors is suited to community housing providers, not for profit organisations and government departments. We also work with selected developers creating high end owner occupier apartments.
We can assist with a yield analysis as part of a pre-purchase due diligence feasibility study, as well as providing high level master planning to provide an understanding of what the maximum development yield will be.
Following land acquisition, we provide a full architectural design and documentation service, including interior design and construction advice services. We are accustomed to working with or without a project manager.
Our expertise also extends to designing houses and apartments which meet the Liveable Housing Australia and Specialist Disability Accommodation design guidelines. This is a growing sector and we have a proven track record preceding SDA.
education
We have a proven track record in delivering new primary, secondary and special school buildings for Queensland’s Department of Education. We have also worked with private schools on refurbishments of existing facilities and master planning for future facilities. We are adept in working collaboratively with the school community including staff, students and parents, as well as managing other stakeholder requirements. We are enthusiastic workshop facilitators and we are familiar with the requirements of the Ministerial Infrastructure Designation process as well as Council development applications.
We work with a regular team of specialist engineers, landscape architects and quantity surveyors and our full architectural and interior design services can be implemented at any stage to create the best spaces to learn and play in.
public and commercial
We enjoy working on public spaces. These projects are experienced by the largest number of users either overtly or subconsciously. We have completed community centres, a mental health residential care facility and a cake factory!
