project update: specialist disability housing bulimba

It's exciting to see construction underway for this Specialist Disability Accommodation we've been working on in Bulimba.

This is a tailored home for a young person with complex support needs, who will soon be able to live here alongside a friend and a carer-creating an important opportunity for independence, as well as companionship, in a purpose-built environment.

Externally, the home is designed to feel like an intuitive addition to the streetscape, presenting a friendly and grounded frontage which also offers privacy to the residents through strategic screening. Internally, the house offers spaces to gather and retreat, so each resident can experience the home in their own way.
