quê dining

Situated within the new retail development of Newport Marketplace, Quê Dining rests alongside a strip of other eateries as the newest addition to the area. A sibling restaurant of the beloved Ngon in Brisbane's inner west suburb of Paddington, Quê Dining follows its footsteps in celebrating the culinary heritage of owner, chef, and restauranteur Tuan Nguyen's hometown style food.

The restaurant houses a substantial bar and an open-style kitchen mediated by a servery and prep bench where patrons are invited to share in the process of preparing, cooking, and serving of each dish.

Functionally, the dining space has been designed to work flexibly to suit the needs of each service and a curtain has been employed to allow the restaurant to cater for private functions when required while maintaining operations for walk-in customers.
