Jennie graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2022 with a Masters of Architecture. Her final project explored the design of tertiary education environments through a holistic and collaborative lens, grounded in radical pedagogy, co-design, and biophilic principles. During her undergraduate studies, Jennie complemented her architectural training with minors in Interior and Urban Design, broadening her understanding of design principles that enhance user experience across multiple scales. 

Before joining KO&Co Architecture, Jennie worked with DBI Design, where she gained valuable experience on a range of multi-residential, hotel, and
commercial projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. She has been involved in all stages of design from early concept and feasibility studies through to construction and as-builts, and enjoys collaborating with consultants and clients to bring projects to life.

 

Jennie approaches design with a focus on creating spaces that are both meaningful and functional. She enjoys finding the balance between creative expression and practical outcomes, always considering how design can enhance people’s connection to the places they live, learn, and work in.
