A fitout for an allied health clinic - Integrated Gut Health is one centered around the comfort and wellbeing of their clients.

Working with an existing shell and services, we were tasked to provide several consult rooms, a kitchenette for staff and a welcoming reception area.

Externally, the shopfront was envisioned to be a large dynamic sign - fritting of the glass using patterns from the clinic logo created interest and also allowed some privacy to the clients internally.

The reception counter served to tie together all functions. More than a functional space to receive incoming clients, it presented as a space separator between the waiting area and consult rooms.

 

Integrated timber screening elements also maintain a level of privacy between these two spaces. Subtle curves in its form not only softens the space overall but expresses a sense of fluidity; seamlessly guiding the patients from one space to another.
